$RIBSolanaA queue, not a raffle
Take a number.
Get paid in stock.
You get a McRib, paid in McDonald's stock. $RIB creator fees fill a vault nobody holds a key to. Once it holds one McRib's worth, the kitchen swaps it into MCDx and serves the wallet at the front of the line.

01 · The kitchen
It only cooks while the bell is on.
Serves run during NYSE hours, 09:30 to 16:00 New York time on weekdays, closed on market holidays. The Pyth MCD/USD price only updates then, and a serve with no fresh price to check against does not happen.

03 · How it works
Four steps, one counter.
-
01
Hold $RIB.
Keep at least the minimum amount of $RIB in your wallet. That is your ticket to queue. The minimum is published with the contract at launch.
-
02
Join the line.
One transaction takes a number, one ticket per wallet. First come, first served. No raffle, no odds, no draw.
-
03
The kitchen opens at the bell.
When the vault holds $6.50 of SOL, the cooldown since the last serve has passed and the NYSE is open, anyone can call serve and earn a small tip for it.
-
04
Your McRib arrives as MCDx.
The SOL is swapped through Jupiter into MCDx, checked against Pyth prices, and sent to the front wallet, as long as it still holds the minimum $RIB.
04 · Receipts
Every serve prints a certificate.
These are specimens. After launch, each real serve appears here with its ticket number, wallet, amount and transaction.
05 · Questions
Before you queue.
What is MCDx?
MCDx is McDonald's xStock: a Solana token issued by Backed under the xStocks brand. Kraken describes each MCDx as backed 1:1 by McDonald's shares held by a third-party custodian. Kraken Solflare
It is a Token-2022 mint with a scaled UI amount: your wallet shows the base amount times a multiplier the issuer sets. Right now that multiplier reads loading on chain.

Why only during market hours?
The serve checks the Jupiter swap against the Pyth MCD/USD price, and Pyth only publishes that price while the US market is open. Outside the bell there is no fresh price, so the kitchen waits. Fees keep collecting in the vault overnight and on weekends. Pyth
Why a line and not a raffle?
A raffle needs randomness, and randomness is something you either trust or someone games. A line needs neither. Wallets are served in the order they joined, the order sits on chain where anyone can read it, and every serve goes to whoever is at the front.
What if I sell before my turn?
At serve time the program checks that the front wallet still holds the minimum $RIB. If it does not, anyone can skip it and the line moves on. You can also leave the line yourself and take your account rent back.
Who can't take part?
US persons. xStocks are not available in the USA and other geographic restrictions apply, so if MCDx is not offered where you live, do not join the line. Kraken
Wallets holding less than the minimum amount of $RIB cannot queue.
Can the issuer touch the MCDx I receive?
Yes. The MCDx mint has a freeze authority and a Token-2022 permanent delegate, which together let the issuer freeze balances or move them without the holder signing. Read live from the mint: loading Explorer Solana docs
Does MCDx make me a McDonald's shareholder?
No. Holding tokenized equities does not give shareholder rights: no ownership of the underlying shares, no voting and no information rights. Kraken
Who runs the vault?
No one holds its key. The vault is an address owned by the Rib Line program, and it only ever pays for three things: McRibs, a small tip to whoever calls serve, and rent for the winner's MCDx account. There is no withdraw. An admin can tune bounded settings, such as the McRib price and the cooldown, and can hand that role to a multisig.
Where is the contract address?
It is posted on this page at launch, not before. Any $RIB address you see before then is not ours.
